By using Framework Tools you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
Framework Tools helps you keep a jobsite photo log, punch lists, hours and reports. Your work is saved to your own Google Drive and on your phone. The app is provided free of charge and may change, or stop being offered, at any time.
Your content and accounts
- Your photos, notes, reports and other content belong to you. You're responsible for what you upload and share, and for having permission to photograph and record at the sites you work on.
- You're responsible for your Google account and for any API keys you add (AI or Fieldy), including any charges from those providers.
- Boss links let anyone who has the link view and add to your punch list. Share them only with people you trust, and turn them off when no longer needed.
AI-written text and weather
Reports drafted by AI and weather from outside services can be wrong. Review everything before you send or rely on it. Time cards and reports are your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
Backups
Keep your own backups (Settings › Export backup, and your Google Drive). Data stored only on the phone is lost if the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Framework Tools is not liable for any lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted here with a new date.
